BOILERMAKER LEARNERSHIP
REFERENCE NUMBER: HR/81/22
NATIONAL CERTIFICATE — PLATER/BOILER MAKER (NQF LEVEL 3)
Requirements:
- Grade 12 with:
- Mathematics & Physical Science (i.e. minimum E Symbol — not maths literacy),
- Welding & Metal Work, Technical Drawing SG (i.e. minimum E Symbol on old syllabus)
- Engineering Graphics & Design (i.e. minimum E Symbol on new syllabus)
OR
- N2 Certificate with 4 subjects:
- Mathematics,
- Engineering Science,
- Plating & Structural Steel Drawing
- Plater’s Theory.
- Certificates/experience in the Engineering field will be an advantage;
- Candidates must be prepared to undergo a Psychometric and Practical assessment as part of the selection criteria;
- Only original certificates will be considered.
