The Graduate Development Programme is specially designed to provide recent graduates with knowledge about the role of a central bank in the financial sector and the broader economy. Graduates have the opportunity to gain marketable skills through practical experience and development opportunities in a stimulating work and learning environment.
During the year, graduates are assigned to different departments within the Bankand exposed to various roles and projects. Interventions are mainlyaimed atproducingwell-rounded central bankers. Graduates receive training on personal and professional skills,including presentation, impactful reporting, business disciplines, teamwork and etiquette.
Candidates who have a post-graduate qualification in one of the following fields are encouraged to apply:
