The main purpose of the business analyst is analyzing the organization or business domain and documents, business or processes or systems, assessing
the business model or its integration with technology. Also helps in guiding and improving processes, products, services and software through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities(KPA’s)

Business Analyst:
- Documenting proposals for new client projects – investigation, defining project scope and high-level requirements
- Modelling process flows
- Wireframes
- Modelling site maps, entity relationship diagrams, context diagrams
- Integration analysis
- Internal company process mapping
- Industry research
