- Ensure that orders are effective and efficient picked using the ERP system and that correct items are packed in such a way to prevent any damage while in transit.
- Ensure that stock requests are received and closed daily.
- Ensure that minimum qty stock levels are maintained daily.
- Conduct daily stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels with zero shrinkages.
- Manage returns and ensure the process is completed (credits) checked and moved back to inventory.
- Ensure a high standard of support is maintained by responding and resolving queries telephonically or on electronic mail.
- Communicate any issues / concerns to the Manager / Supervisor immediately and ensure the problem is resolved.
- Assist contracted Logistics Partner with processing and tracking where required.
- Keep work area neat & tidy always
- Maintain organized stock allocation and staging.

- Experience in inventory control
