Mercedez Benz Skills Traineeship Programme 2019,
Applications are invited from individuals in and around East London to apply for a 2-month Skills Training Programme at MBSA. This programme is aimed towards upskilting individuals with manufacturing shopfloor skills for potential employment in the local CBD / DZ supplier areas
Learning Outcomes
The Skills Training Programme will include, but not be limited to: Keeping the workplace area safe and productive Operating hand tools and power tools using measuring equipment. Understanding production systems Adhering to quality procedures. Supporting line supply
Applicants must be South African citizens with a minimum Grade 12 General Qualification OR a Grade 12 with Maths or Mathematical Literacy or a full N3 Technical Certificate in the Mechanical or Electrical field. An average pass mark af 60% will be an advantage. Applicants must be able to speak, read and white English and be willing to participate in the multi-phased assessment programme, as well as a medical assessment and MIE Verification check (Qualification and Criminal Check)
