This opportunity is to applicants needing a Trade in either:
- Instrumentation Mechanician [x2].
- Fitter & Turning [x1].
- Platter Welder [x1] and or
- Electrical [x1].
The incumbent will be required to successfully complete a structured MQA registered Learnership training programme in order to qualify as an Artisan. The successful candidate will be afforded an opportunity to enrol in an Unemployed (18.2) Learnership programme leading to the selected qualification as a qualified Artisan
Minimum Entry Requirements
- Matric with Mathematics and English (Minimum 40% Pass), Physical Science will be added advantage • N2 with 4/5 subjects as per the specific discipline requirement or • NCV Level 3 inappropriate Trade
Learnership Key Responsibilities
- Must be prepared to work in a mining industry and or Heavy Industrial area • Be willing to work shifts if applicable • Must be a South African Citizen, preference will be given to applicants residing from Danielskuil in the Northern Cape. • Must pass medical fitness assessment with certificate • Selection of candidate will be based according to the Idwala Lime selection and recruitment procedure
