Talented candidates looking to apply must meet all the requirements as is set out by the Department. These may differ slightly in accordance to each district or province. Candidates must ensure they have all requirements as set out for the position and area of application.

- Applicants must have full academic transcripts
- Applicants must have a degree or diploma within the field of application
