RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate an effective and efficient reception
  • Operate an effective and efficient vehicle booking system for Central Office
  • Issue, control and replenish petty cash for Central Office and assist with procurement

requests 



  • Process and control incoming and outgoing mail for Central Office


REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)


RECOMMENDATIONS

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience at a TVET College
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a procurement environment

• Relevant National Diploma / N6
