Vodacom South Africa Training Programme 2018, If you are shortlisted for a position you will be invited to attend a competency based interview conducted by the recruiting Line Manager and Resourcing Consultant.
Your interview usually comprises questions relating to your qualifications and past work experience, as well as assessing job relevant competencies such as problem-solving, leadership or interpersonal skills required for the post. You may also be asked to complete a business/technical assessment prior to your interview.
